Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment ($12.95)
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after shipment
We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our marine electronics and waterproof equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the delivery date.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refund Information

Non-Returnable Items
To protect all customers, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or special order items (marked as such on product pages)
- Opened waterproof cases (unless defective)
- Used or installed marine electronics
- Items not in original condition (damaged, missing parts, or altered)
Defective or Damaged Items
If your marine electronics arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding some Asian regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
